Rates for Different Mediation Offerings

 

Please note: all fees and charges are quoted exclusive of GST.

 

Litigated and non-litigated legal claims

 

Full day - $3,450 per day plus $300 per hour reading, pre-mediation meetings and preparation, to a maximum of 5 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Half-day - $2,300 per day plus $300 per hour reading, pre-mediation meetings and preparation, charged to a maximum of 5 hours unless otherwise agreed.

 

Privately requested mediations 

 

Will be charged at a flat rate of $1,000 for 3 hours (or part thereof).

 

Shorter mediations 

Can be offered to suit individual client needs by arrangement. Please get in touch with me here.

 

Training sessions

$3,750 per day, or $2,500 per half day. Please get in touch with me here.

 

General charges

 

Outside the greater Sydney metropolitan centre, travel and accommodation will be billed to the parties by prior agreement.

 

Cancellations

No cancellation fees will apply if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled date. However, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the mediation date, without a replacement booking, will incur a fee of 50% of the mediation cost, along with charges for any preparation already completed.

Venue  booking and Costs

​

Venue bookings and related costs are the responsibility of the Parties.
